My online coaching programmes are for those of you already familiar with training and basic movement patterns. For example, you might already be a gym member, or have some prior experience of lifting weights. It is not for beginners. I believe that if you are just starting out, then meeting in person is far more beneficial for your knowledge, safety, confidence and progression.
So, if you are confident working out on your own, then read on! Your workouts will be programmed for you in the TrueCoach app. You will have access to videos and notes there to see how to perform the exercise, and space to record your weights and progress. There are then different options for the level of weekly support required.

To enable you to reach your goals safely and effectively, I'll need to collect some essential information. I will:
The most effective personal training programmes need time. Results aren't seen overnight. I therefore structure my programmes based on 6 week blocks. This allows time for building progression into the workouts and seeing a measurable return on your investment.

Payments are due in advance of starting your programme.
Nutrition coaching
Additional nutrition coaching is available. A personalised presentation, focusing on key health metrics and nutritional / energy targets specifically for your goals can be purchased for a one-off fee of £150.
