What is online coaching?

Setting you up for success

My online coaching programmes are for those of you already familiar with training and basic movement patterns. For example, you might already be a gym member, or have some prior experience of lifting weights. It is not for beginners. I believe that if you are just starting out, then meeting in person is far more beneficial for your knowledge, safety, confidence and progression.


So, if you are confident working out on your own, then read on! Your workouts will be programmed for you in the TrueCoach app. You will have access to videos and notes there to see how to perform the exercise, and space to record your weights and progress. There are then different options for the level of weekly support required.

It starts with a goal

Planning is key!

To enable you to reach your goals safely and effectively, I'll need to collect some essential information. I will:

  • Ask you to complete a health screening questionnaire. This is standard industry practice that every PT uses
  • Ask you to complete a goal setting questionnaire, looking at your physical, nutritional and lifestyle goals, and any barriers you might perceive
  • Ask you to confirm the equipment that you have available or if you'd like advice on what to purchase for home
  • Set up an online consultation to review the information you have provided
  • Agree the package that suits you best (and T&Cs)
  • Design your programme!

Programme pricing

A structure for consistency and progression

The most effective personal training programmes need time. Results aren't seen overnight. I therefore structure my programmes based on 6 week blocks. This allows time for building progression into the workouts and seeing a measurable return on your investment.


There are two options available:


Functional foundation - £90 (per 6 weeks)

This sets you up for success at home, with basic support. This package includes:

  • Your initial consultation & follow up goal setting meeting
  • A personalised schedule, tailored to your goals - up to 3 programmed sessions per week
  • Access to the TrueCoach app to view your programme, watch supporting videos, and record your weights
  • Support via Whatsapp Monday-Friday (9am-5.30pm) as required


Peak performance - £195 (per 6 weeks)

This sets you up for success at home, with optimised design, customisation and support. This package includes everything in the Functional foundation programme plus

  • A fully personalised schedule, tailored to your goals - up to 5 programmed sessions per week rather than 3
  • Programming to include strength and CV workouts
  • Feedback on your workouts in Truecoach
  • A weekly check-in via TrueCoach for accountability towards your goals
  • Customisable changes to your plan during the 6 weeks (e.g. for holidays, injury etc.)
  • Supporting nutrition advice if required
  • Optional in-app habit tracking


Payments are due in advance of starting your programme. 


Nutrition coaching

Additional nutrition coaching is available. A personalised presentation, focusing on key health metrics and nutritional / energy targets specifically for your goals can be purchased for a one-off fee of £150.
