The client will be directed to these full terms and conditions as part of their payment process
It is agreed that all terms are fully accepted
Session booking & payment
All personal training sessions must be booked in advance.
Sessions are subject to trainer availability and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
Sessions are 55 minutes in duration unless otherwise agreed.
Each 6 week package must be paid in full before the first session, or at the time of booking.
Payments are to be made via BACS transfer only.
Whilst each training package is designed to last 6 weeks, clients will have a maximum of 8 weeks to use their sessions. This allows two weeks where flexibility is required for circumstances such as illness.
Cancellation & rescheduling policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in full charge for the session.
No-shows are treated as last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable.
If the trainer cancels for any reason, the client will be offered a reschedule or full refund for that session.
Late arrivals
Sessions will not be extended for late arrivals.
If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be cancelled and counted as a no-show.
Refund policy
Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of:
Medical conditions (doctor's note required)
Extenuating family circumstances such as major bereavements
Relocation (proof of move may be required)
Trainer cancellation of services
Partial refunds for unused sessions may be issued at the trainer’s discretion, minus an administration fee of £149 for the goal setting consultation, programme design & nutrition report.
Health & Safety
Clients must complete a health screening form and disclose any relevant medical or physical conditions.
Medical sign-off from a GP or suitable medical professional may be required before the programme can commence
The client agrees to participate at their own risk and follow all instructions provided by the trainer.
If there are any changes to the client's health which affect the previous answers given in the health screening questionnaire, then these must be disclosed ASAP to the trainer.
The trainer reserves the right to refuse service if a client is deemed unfit to train.
Liability Waiver
The client understands and agrees that:
Participation in physical training carries an inherent risk of injury or death.
The trainer is not liable for any injury, illness, or medical condition arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
The trainer has public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance of up to £5M for activities related to Personal Training.
The client assumes full responsibility for their participation and will consult a physician if unsure about their fitness to participate.
Code of conduct
Both trainer and client agree to treat each other with respect and professionalism at all times.
Inappropriate behavior by the the client will result in termination of services without refund.
