Starting your programme

PT Taster Sessions

Undecided if personal training is for you? Why not try a PT taster session first? 


This is a discounted session of just £25 for 1hr. It covers:

  • A consultation about your goals and exercise history
  • Functional movement screening
  • A warm up tailored to our workout
  • A  full body strength session.

Health screening and planning

Goal setting is key!

In order to enable you to reach your goals safely and effectively, I'll need to collect some essential information for us to work together. I will:

  • Ask you to complete a health screening questionnaire. This is a standard industry practice that every PT uses
  • Ask you to complete a goal setting questionnaire, looking at your physical, nutritional and lifestyle goals, and any barriers you may perceive
  • Set up an in-person consultation to review the information you have provided
  • Agree your goals and the package that suits you best
  • Go over the programme terms and conditions
  • Design your programme!

Programme pricing

A structure for consistency and progression

Your personal training programme will be a planned block of sessions, with a minimum commitment of one session a week for 6 weeks.


This allows time for getting used to your sessions, learning new techniques, building progression, and seeing a measurable return on your investment. There are three options available:


The 'Energize' package

This is your kick-starter for change! You'll learn more about your current health, best-practice nutrition & energy calculations for your goals, and we'll have a regular session together each week to build strength and knowledge. 


You'll receive:

  • Your in-person consultation & goal setting meeting
  • A detailed health & nutrition report
  • Personalised macronutrient targets
  • 6 coached sessions in the gym (one per week)
  • Support via Whatsapp Monday-Friday (working hours)
  • A Stronger Today water bottle
  • An end of programme review to set next steps
  • Programme price £305



The 'Elevate' package

We're elevating your commitment to your health and fitness with more sessions together, nutrition and habit tracking, and your own access to my programming app (TrueCoach).


This includes:

  • Everything covered by the Energize package and...
  • 12 coached sessions (two per week, rather than one)
  • Viewable programming in TrueCoach
  • Access to record your weights used & view exercise videos
  • In-app messaging for support and programme feedback
  • Nutrition tracking in-app & integration to My Fitness Pal
  • Personalised habit tracking  in-app
  • Programme price £635.



The 'Excel' package

This puts strength training at the heart of your week. You've got a programme that covers all elements of strength and endurance, dialled in nutrition coaching, and optional extra sessions for you to do in your own time.


This includes:

  • Everything covered by the Elevate package
  • 18 coached sessions (three per week)
  • Support 7 days a week
  • 3-day food diary analysis (written feedback)
  • Weekly nutrition coaching advising on priorities and any changes to make
  • Optional additional cardiovascular-focused or circuit-based sessions programmed for you (for you to do in your own time)
  • Updates to your personalised health & nutrition report when required
  • Programme price £995.

Your programme design

A full body approach

 There are often muscle groups we don't use much in every day life; or, at least as not as often as we should! My programming takes a full body approach to cover the upper and lower body, as well as anterior and posterior muscle groups. 


My main focus is to use free weights, including the barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells and functional fitness equipment. Using free weights offers unrivalled requirements for full body stability and posture, and recruits deeper muscle groups in the process. 


There is also the option though of using the fixed-pin resistance machines if we're really looking for pure muscle isolation.

Client feedback and progression

Keeping on track!

 We'll sit down together at the end of each 6-week block to review your progress against your goals. We'll make a plan for your next 6 weeks if you're carrying on, or make sure you've got all the information you need if you're going to train on your own. 


If you're carrying on for another 6 weeks, we'll review what you've enjoyed, what we keep and what we add in. This ensures variety and adaptation. 


It's also really important to me that I learn from your experience and that you feedback what has worked for you. This is a partnership and we are BOTH accountable for your success.
